After resting for nine years, the barrels are bottled at 120 proof. The result is an uncompromising flavor with subtle variations between barrels. When Booker Noe created the Small Batch Bourbon Collection over 25 years ago, his goal was to return to the classic bourbon-making techniques of the pre-prohibition era and its gold-level standards. Single Barrel Reserve offers the big, bold flavor that he set out to recreate. The result is an award-winning spirit that's won a number of accolades, including Platinum Medal and Best of Show (Small Batch Bourbon--10 Yrs & Younger) at the 2016 World Beverage Competition.
