Our organic, premium pasta boasts 100% of Italy's finest durum wheat that is extruded through a bronze die which creates porous artisanal strands of delicious dough. Our pasta is slow dried for a minimum of 24-48 hours at a controlled temperature to ensure an evenly dried product and then delicately hand packed and inspected for perfection. Cook for 9-11 minutes before pairing with your favorite sauce.
