Field Roast Smoked Apple & Sage Plant-Based Sausages
Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use fresh vegetables: Yukon Gold potatoes, onions, and garlic. Add some liquid, and finally, mix in the seasonings: rubbed sage, ginger, black pepper, and voilà: an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture, and personality.
