ColumbusItalian Dry Salame Stick is made from select cuts of pork, cracked black pepper, burgundy wine and our signature blend of spices giving it a wonderful flavor.
Slow aged for exceptional flavor using recipes perfected for over 100 years for a unique richness and aroma. Pairs well with cheddar, grana padano, mozzarella, or monterey jack. Enjoy it with a glass of pinot noir, pilsner or pale ale. This salame also goes great with castelvetrano olives, marcona almonds or hummus.
