As a pastry chef, Chef Meg Galus, is super-busy and prefers a one-stop-shop for her essentials and exquisites. Her idea of a great meal at home is bread paired with a fantastic cheese. Meg oversees the pastry program at Boka Restaurant and Momotaro, and is the Executive Pastry Chef for Boka Restaurant Group's newest concept, Swift & Sons.
