Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

2-1/4 cups instant rice, cooked
1 pkg frozen broccoli, cooked
10 ¾ oz cream of mushroom soup
10 oz pasteurized process cheese spread
3 slices bacon
¾ cup onion, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs, plain

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, combine cooked rice, broccoli, soup, and cheese sauce. Set aside.

In pan, sauté bacon and onions until bacon is crisp and onions are soft. Add this to rice mixture. Top mixture with bread crumbs and bake for about 30 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
